These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Foladun (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the 4C Hair Method app. You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the app and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the App from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
By using the 4C Hair Method app, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and (4) you will not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You may not access or use the app for any purpose other than that for which we make the app available. The app may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the app for the purpose of managing the app, as well as data relating to your use of the app. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the app.
You agree that any cause of action related to the 4C Hair Method app brought by you must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise such cause of action will be permanently barred.
Under no circumstance shall Foladun or our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of the 4C Hair Method app, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the app.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the app are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Foladun is established, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Foladun reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes as appropriate. Your continued use of the app will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the 4C Hair Method app.

Foladun reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app without prior notice for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you violate these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by an agreed-upon arbitration body in Italy in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
The “4C Hair Method” app is provided “as is” and without any kind of warranties, either expressed or implied. Foladun does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the contents of this app.
Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use the app. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
